Our code of ethics and conduct

Our code of conduct is based on extracts of the Code of Conduct of the Mauritius Institute of Directors as follows:

• We are expected at all times to act in accordance with our culture (foundations, core belief, values and mindsets) and our code of conduct, which shall guide our character and behaviour, each day, in the delivery of our services.
  
• We are expected at all times to act in such a way so as not to bring ourselves or our brand into disrepute whether in our personal or professional capacity.
• We are expected to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to Mauritius (including confidentiality matters) and in those countries in which they may operate.
• We are required to conduct ourselves professionally with the highest standards of honesty, objectivity, and integrity, exercising diligence, loyalty, reliability, responsiveness, professional competence, and due care in carrying out our duties and responsibilities, with kindness, politeness, and consideration towards others.
  
• We shall at all times apply the principles of the Mauritian Code of Corporate Governance and respect the pillars of good corporate governance; transparency, accountability, fairness, and responsibility.
• We shall at all times safeguard the interests of our stakeholders, provided that they shall not knowingly be a party to any illegal or unethical activity.
  
• We shall not act in any way that may be in conflict with the legitimate interests of our clients or which would prejudice the performance of our professional duties and we shall act with professional judgment and with such reasonable care and skill that can be expected of us.
• We shall use our best endeavours to not transact with parties that do not have a Code of Conduct as rigorous as ours.
  
• We shall abide by ACCA's code of ethics and conduct.
  
• As a participant to the UN Global Compact, our commitment is to operate responsibly, in alignment with the ten universal sustainability principles, we shall take actions to support society and report to the UN Global Compact annually on our ongoing efforts.
• We shall ensure the adoption of the best ethical practices across the company's activities by capitalizing on the resources of the UN Global Compact and the Institute of Business Ethics.
• We are a psychologically safe company and shall be guided by the best practices to ensure that we remain same.
