Our company, Arete Services Ltd, was incorporated on October 24, 2023, by Stephanie Domingue-Green, as we strongly believe that there is an opportunity in the Mauritian market, for highly talented persons wishing to find a working environment where they can be their best selves and thrive.
Stephanie Domingue-Green, an INFJ MBTI type with enneagram types 1, 4, 5, and 9, started her career in 1996 at a well-established consulting firm in Mauritius, where she stayed for 12 years. She has over 24 years of paid working experience, during which period, she has succeeded in growing from a junior staff role to various senior leadership roles. She is a generalist with a specialization in corporate finance and strategy. She is today an all-rounder in new businesses and ventures, having had the opportunity to contribute to the generation of ideas for these, establishing their strategies and business cases, raising funds, funding them, operationalizing them, and thereafter leading or restructuring them. She has negotiated major transactions and agreements with key players in Mauritius and has also carried out complex negotiations and due diligence exercises outside Mauritius, including countries such as France; the UK, India, South Africa, Thailand, Dubai, Denmark, and Seychelles. She has occupied key senior leadership positions during her career and has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
Stephanie Domingue-Green's leadership style is both ethical and servant and her top five strengths as per Gallup CliftonStrengths methodology are: deliberative, input, strategic, achiever, and futuristic. Her leadership impact potential areas as per Wave's style assessments are: service & product delivery, managed risk, organisational commitment, successful teams, communication, new products & markets, organisational transformation, and organisational growth.
Stephanie Domingue-Green has been a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2002 and a Fellow since 2007 and is bound by the Code of Ethics and Conduct of ACCA. She has been a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD)
since 2016 and is bound by the Code of Conduct of MIoD. She has been approved by relevant regulatory bodies in Mauritius, where required, in some of her previous roles.
She is currently enrolled with the Business Science Institute of Luxembourg (BSI) and with IAE Lyon School of Management-Université Jean Moulin Lyon III for an Executive DBA qualification and the subject of her thesis relates to the UN SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth, more specifically target 8.8) and 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, more specifically targets 16.6 and 16.7) for their advancement. She is bound by the Code of Ethics of BSI.
She is also enrolled with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, having benefited from the Fast Track Professional Route of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme. She is bound by the CGIUKI Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct.
